MES1!

Monday gave us conflicting geopolitical headlines early, which created an artificial selloff followed by an immediate reversal.

By New York, MES, NQ, and VIX were all sitting inside major opening gaps and key higher timeframe levels, but correlation wasn’t clean.

I identified a potential buy off the NWOG low at 7248.75 with defined risk and targets, but price only wicked my level without giving any real lower timeframe confirmation.

VIX also bounced from its daily opening price before immediately engulfing, which created conflicting reads.

Rather than force a Monday trade in a range with headline risk, I followed my rules, passed on the setup, and protected capital.

No trade was the correct trade today.
