Trade Review
4/16/24 $MES1! $SPX $ES1! Today was an example of me not looking at the bigger picture. I lost all track of what the overall goal for me to do with my trading and because of this, I lost all my gains from this entire combine. Not only did I lose all of my gains but I also broke all of my rules, somewhat over leveraged, and had to pay for a reset because I was only [amount redacted]up at the time which meant that I would have had [amount redacted]before I would have had to get a reset anyway.
I didn’t have a clear direction on which way we were going today. I took both buy and sell entries with stop losses that were too tight. I need to make sure that when I do go on tilt that I am able to realize it quicker so that I won’t make huge mistakes. There was news regarding the Feds speaking that I did not take into consideration at all.
TOO many entries to annotate in this case.

Cory publishes the working thesis before the session, not after — this Playbook and Trade Review are part of that same documented process. No signals, no highlight reel.
