Trade Review
2/20/25 $ES Missed the initial move because of my 9am call at work. This trade was a setup based on trading what the market offered us at the given time. After the initial move we did trade into the expected D+FVG range and down to the D+FVG(M) in particular. We set the MTL at 6102.75 and a STH at 6128, there was a 5m-FVG and a 5m IFVG that established the new trade that I was expecting to take the MTL out but instead we set EQLs at 6103.50. Afterwards, the buy signal set up and trailed the buy in the afternoon.
The trade was good for the value as it brought me to the goal of pulling above my [amount redacted] and [amount redacted] balances. If it wasn't a late day in the week I would have likely taken the buy as well, however, I hit my daily goal and finished the day out.
