Trade Review
3/26/25 $MES Not a great day of trading so far. I didn’t really have a bias today and saw that we could go either direction. The news didn’t really have a clear stance on what we should expect. On top of that, there were so many platform issues and system issues. I needed to restart in the middle of the session, the charts were freezing, the order placement was off, there was just confusion around the correct order panel on [broker], and [broker] randomly logged me out and onto another chart. I did manage to take a few trades but no volume on the move and price is stalling so I decided to scratch them in a small profit. Not worth the risk on these setups because the entry wasn’t ideal. As we push higher to a few of the -POIs I have on my chart, I reanalyze my setup to see if it’s still valid later on. I didn’t follow a good exit plan on the trades and got a bit frustrated with just how the morning started so I scratched my trades to walk away from the screen. While I was away the trade did play out as expected. I will leave the charts alone for the rest of the day at this point.
Cory publishes the working thesis before the session, not after — this Playbook and Trade Review are part of that same documented process. No signals, no highlight reel.
