3/28/25 $MES Each of the indices has a 1H setup, MOC, 1H-FVG, STH, MTL, NWOG. The daily is trading in the middle of the NWOG on MES and below on MNQ. We’re also trading below the PDL on both.   We have 8:30am PCE and 10am Consumer Sentiment

Made money today but it was an uncomfortable trading experience today. I sow what I was expecting even after price moved strongly away from my initial area. The morning did trade choppy for the opening until around 10:30-10:45. I planned for a trade that was going to be low risk with a large SL and a low contract size. Instead, I went with multiple micro contracts at 10 a piece on 3 entries bringing my overall risk to almost [amount redacted]on all the risk from a trade that I brought in [amount redacted]in 2 accounts and [amount redacted]in the other account. The SL was above the 4H high STH and we did push up near it but not pass the MOC and the IFVG from the 15m chart. Closed the day up 11.15% across all accounts and bringing myself to an overall 39,59% across all 3 of my accounts.

Entry: 5721, 5726, 5727.25 SL: 5739 Target: 5715,5700, 5656 Adjusted SL: 5726 Risk Off 1:1: yes

Good: The setup was an overall great setup. All of the things I was looking for played out as expected. I was really patient... I wanted for everything even when things didn't go as planned on the initial move, I was not panicking when I was getting things established. My thoughts leading into it was amazing.

Bad: The risk I put on was not handled well. My rule before the trade was to scale into the trade with 2-5 micro contracts at a potential 3 possible locations, Instead I went with 30 micros. This made me handle the trade a lot differently mentally and the feeling of possibly going on tilt came over me so this was my sign to exit, take what was on the table and end the week on a high note.
