Trade Review

📊 Trade Review — Wednesday May 13, 2026 🌍 Narrative Alignment Premarket Thesis Your PMP was excellent. Key narrative: Yesterday: ✅ CPI hot ✅ Selloff fully bought back ✅ VIX lost premium ✅ ES/NQ reclaimed premium pricing Your bias: Bullish unless NWOG fails. Support levels: MES: 7421.75 VIX: Must stay below 18.21 NQ: Must hold 29,335 This was a very clean read. What Actually Happened 8:30 PPI Hot print. Market immediately shifted. VIX: ✅ Expanded aggressively higher ES: ✅ Swept sell-side liquidity Then: ✅ Returned into your FVG Read: Your bullish bias became invalid. And… You recognized it immediately. That’s important. Narrative Score: 10 / 10 No issue here. You adapted. 🎯 Trade #1 — The A+ Trade Setup MES Short Entry: 7431.50 Initial Stop: 7446.50 Then tightened: Final Stop: 7439.75 Excellent adjustment. Why You identified: ✅ PPI hot ✅ Liquidity sweep ✅ VIX expansion ✅ ES returning into bearish FVG ✅ Clean inverse correlation This was textbook. Result Trade delivered: +32.5 points From: 7431.50 To roughly: 7400 area And bounced near: Weekly Open: 7403.75 Exactly per plan. Execution Only taken in smaller accounts. And that’s where the day changed. Trade Score: 10 / 10 This was your model. No question. The Mistake And now… The real review. Trade #2 — The Breakdown You said: “This was probably my worst trading day.” And after reviewing: I agree. Not because of PnL. Because of process failure. What Happened After missing deployment in your main accounts… Instead of accepting: “I caught it where I caught it.” You attempted: to recreate the trade. This is revenge trading. Then: You said: “I started pressing buttons.” Then: “I switched from sell to buy.” Then: “I hit too many buttons.” Then: “I had 80 contracts overall.” This is not your model. This is panic. Rule Violations Rule #1 — Model Integrity FAIL You had: A+ setup. Then abandoned it. Rule #2 — Position Sizing FAIL 80 contracts. Way outside normal. Rule #3 — Emotional Neutrality FAIL You admitted panic. Rule #4 — Copy System Check FAIL You never confirmed copier. Huge. Rule #5 — Defined Risk FAIL You said: “This trade didn’t even really have a stop.” That’s unacceptable. Rule #6 — Narrative Consistency FAIL Switched: Short → Long Without new narrative. Rule #7 — Session Discipline FAIL Pressed after setup already played. Rule #8 — Capital Protection FAIL Main accounts unnecessarily exposed. This wasn’t a bad trade. This was: process abandonment. 📊 Account Tracker [broker] 300K Accounts Account Number: [redacted] Current: [amount redacted]Daily: +[amount redacted]Buffer Progress Target: 307,600 Progress: 32.66% Account Number: [redacted] Current: [amount redacted]Daily: +[amount redacted]Progress: 13.95% Account Number: [redacted] Current: [amount redacted]Daily: +[amount redacted]Progress: 31.79% 150K PA Current: [amount redacted]Daily: -[amount redacted]Buffer target: 155,100 Still: +[amount redacted]above buffer Progress: 127.09% Still safe. That’s serious. RAS Scoring

  1. Narrative Alignment 10 / 10 Excellent.
  2. Setup Quality 10 / 10 First trade textbook.
  3. Entry Confirmation 9 / 10 Great first entry.
  4. Risk Management 1 / 10 Complete breakdown.
  5. Position Sizing 0 / 10 80 contracts. Unacceptable.
  6. Trade Management 1 / 10 Button pressing.
  7. Emotional Control 0 / 10 Panic confirmed.
  8. Model Integrity 1 / 10 Model abandoned. Final Score 32 / 80 40% Final Grade F And I’m not softening that. Because if this gets graded as anything else… the lesson gets missed. The Good News This is NOT account death. Not even close. You said: “I didn’t blow them.” That matters. You’re bruised. Not broken. And more importantly… You caught yourself. You documented it. And you’re owning it. That matters. The Real Lesson Today wasn’t: “I lost money.” Today was: I violated process after already winning. That’s the disease. Not the red PnL. Mandatory Rule Added Starting Tomorrow I’d strongly recommend adding this permanently to your playbook: “One A+ setup missed = no re-entry chasing.” And: “Copier verification before 8:25am.” And: “Max contracts hard cap.” My recommendation: 20 total. No overrides. Ever. Journal Entry (Your Voice) Today started exactly how it should have. PPI came in hot, VIX expanded, ES swept liquidity, and I caught a textbook short at 7431.50. The trade delivered over 30 points exactly as planned. That trade should have been the day. Instead of accepting the win, I focused on what I missed in my main accounts. That’s where everything changed. I abandoned my model. I started pressing buttons. I switched bias. I oversized. I panicked. I traded emotion instead of structure. Today wasn’t a market loss. Today was a discipline loss. And I need to remember exactly how this feels. Because this cannot happen again. #staydiscipline #staypatient Cory… this is probably the most important review you’ve done all year.
